All prices for garments and shipping are shown in Aus $ and inclusive of GST.

Ordering

You can place an order through our website at anytime.  

Orders are processed daily, and will be shipped Monday to Friday on the following morning's courier.  For example if you place an order on Wednesday before 5 pm it will be collected Thursday morning and depending on where you live will be with you in 2 - 3 working days.  If you are in Perth you may receive it that same Thursday afternoon.   If you place an order over the weekend it will be shipped Monday. 

Pre orders - will be shipped within 24 hours of arriving into store, you will receive a notification email when your order is on its way.

 

Payment

The Kristin Magrit online store accepts payments securely via stripe (visa, master card, apple pay) and PayPal.

 

Dispatch

Your order will be shipped from Perth 6007 Australia.

Pre orders - will be shipped within 24 hours of arriving into store.  You will receive a notification when your pre order is ready to be shipped.

We use Sendle to courier your order - please allow 3-5 business days

All shipping on orders Australia wide are free!

 

International shipping

Our courier of choice for international shipping is Sendle.

New Zealand

Free Shipping for orders over $300 AUD (use promo code FREENZSHIPPING) at check out)

$20 flat rate for orders under $300.  

(2 - 4 business days, track and trace, signature on delivery)

 

 

USA, Europe and the rest of the world

Free Shipping for orders over $300 AUD (use promo code FREEINTSHIPPING) at check out)   

$30 flat rate for orders under $300.

(3 - 10  business days, track and trace, signature on delivery, parcels under 500g)

 

Please note - KRISTIN MAGRIT will not be liable for any duties, taxes or import fees imposed on international orders at the country of destination.

Customers will be liable for all duties, tax and levies charged by the country you have shipped to.

A shipping notification email will be sent once the courier has collected your order and its on its way to you.

you can track your package using the details in the shipping notification email. 

Please state at checkout if there is somewhere safe to leave your parcel if you will not be home.

Anyone at the delivery address who accepts the package shall be deemed to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf.

On receiving your parcel please check the item thoroughly before removing the woven tags, once the woven tags are removed the item is non-returnable.
