sweatshirt dress

sweatshirt dress

The Sweatshirt dress is an easy to wear relaxed shape that manages to be elegant and casual at the same time.

Made from a Cupro/viscose blend that breathes and has a beautiful drape similar to silk, elevating the boxy shape of the dress to something really special.

It falls from the shoulder with a kimono cut sleeve and an easy boxy cut, the sleeves can be rolled up for a more causal look. The dress features round front pockets inspired by a classic sweatshirt - hence the name.

For a casual interpretation team it with sneakers, slides, or layered like a tunic over leggings - I have even seen someone wear it over jeans! Or dress it up easily by throwing on a pair of heels, and your favourite jewellery piece.

Available in Paprika, Ink, khaki, and Dusty Pink

A cool hand wash, or delicate cold, cold silk cycle, cool delicate tumble dry, line dry, low heat steam iron on reverse or use your steamer that works amazingly. Dry clean is a great option.

The Sweatshirt dress is made right here in Perth, by one of my wonderful husband and wife teams. When they get busy they also bring in their mother to help sew, she has decades of experience in the industry. No production line, just care and attention to every detail.

size and fit

The Sweatshirt dress has plenty of room in the upper body and if you have a larger bust this dress is the dress for you! Please check your hip measurements against the sizes below, you should choose the size which is your hip measurement at the widest point plus 6 - 14 cm.

Actual dress measurement at hip:

6 = 106 cm

8 = 111 cm

10 = 116 cm

12 = 121 cm

14 = 126 cm

If you place the tape measure around your hip at the widest point and then sit down letting the tape measure expand then read the new measurement that would be a good guide to the size you should choose.
